The gym is for paid members only.
Use all equipment correctly and as intended.
Report damaged or faulty equipment to Darren Moran or Eoin Kelly.
Hygiene & Cleanliness
Wipe down equipment after use.
Return all weights and equipment to their proper storage areas.
No food in the gym area; water bottles only (no glass).
Gym will be cleaned on Friday evenings. Any items (bottles, headphones, tops) left in gym on this day will be removed.
Dress Code
Appropriate gym clothing must be worn at all times.
Clean runners/trainers only — no boots, studs, or outdoor footwear.
Behaviour & Respect
Respect other users — no excessive noise or disruptive behaviour.
Allow others to work in during busy periods.
Team sessions take priority at scheduled times. Members are asked to avoid doing individual gym sessions during booked group sessions
Safety
Warm up properly before training.
Do not lift weights beyond your ability — ask for a spot if needed.
No horseplay or misuse of equipment.
Follow all coach or supervisor instructions when present.
Juvenile & Team Use
Juveniles must be supervised by a coach or responsible adult.
Follow all GAA safeguarding policies.
Facilities
The club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Ensure lights and equipment are switched off and stored properly after use.
Discipline
Failure to follow gym rules may result in loss of gym access.

Coach-led (Oisín Ryan) strength classes for adults (18+) designed for all levels of experience with a focus on progression, confidence, and getting stronger in a friendly environment.
